Comprehensive Quality Management

Yeaweyda Machinery adopts comprehensive quality management, not only the quality management department, but all employees participate in quality improvement and are responsible for product quality.

Raw materials quality control:

We use accessories from top domestic and international suppliers, including engines, transmissions, axles, tires, steel, and more. 100% inspection is carried out when raw materials are stored to ensure that the quality of the accessories is qualified.

Welding quality inspection:

During the welding process, each process is inspected and passed before moving on to the next process. After the welding is completed, the quality inspection supervisor inspects again. After passing the inspection, the preparation for painting begins.

Painting quality inspection:

The quality inspector inspects the rust proof layer, primer, and topcoat separately, and uses professional equipment to check the thickness and brightness of the paint to ensure that the paint quality meets the standard.

Assembly quality inspection:

When assembling the vehicle, we set up inspectors in four processes: transmission system, hydraulic system, gantry system, and body accessories. After passing the inspection, they are transferred to the next process.

Vehicle testing:

After the vehicle assembly is completed, we will inspect and test various systems such as the rated load, driving and lifting speed, body noise and vibration, appearance and painting, to ensure that the vehicle meets the international quality standard and issue a product qualification certificate.

Before delivery inspection:

Before delivery or stock in warehouse, the quality inspection specialist conducts the final full vehicle inspection.
